Hello,

I realize it has been a while since I or others posted anything here.

I wanted to try to kick start conversations here again. I've met a few more people locally (Emeryville and Berkeley) who are interested in an East Bay hacker or maker space. As always, the interest is in a space being around and people doing things but we do not really have a community or committed core locally at this point. I've been thinking of spaces that aren't far from the Shipyard, near San Pablo and Ashby, loosely, but it would probably be good for people to get together once a month to talk, think about one off things to do locally, etc.

Do people have any thoughts?
